We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything we needed was in the room, including a kitchenette which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer service. The breakfast was delicious and great value for money. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to all attractions in the city.

Great location near state library, town hall, tram stop, and supermarket. Daily room cleaning. Provided toiletries, kettle, fridge, and hairdryer. Room service available. On-site gym with various equipment. Comfortable bedding and well-laid out bathroom. Cafe on-site for coffee. Exceptional manager helped us secure a room and gave us late check-out, saving our honeymoon.
Felt cared for, no complaints whatsoever.

The helpful staff are always ready to accommodate your needs, and the cleaning staff are friendly and professional. The bedding is excellent, ensuring a comfortable sleep after a long day of exploring.
The noise from nearby construction can be a bit bothersome at times.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the best places. The staff were really friendly and gave us great hospitality. The room facilities were great, including the kitchenette, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and soundproofed rooms. Convenient location close to public transportation and attractions. Upgraded to a spacious suite with kitchenette and comfortable bed. Responsive and friendly staff who quickly resolved any issues. Clean room with daily housekeeping. Enjoyed the small balcony with city view.

The room decor was modern and tasteful, creating a lovely atmosphere for our romantic escape. We were really surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms and the newness of the bedding. The staff at breakfast were excellent, and the afternoon coffee and cake provided a nice treat. The location was also a major plus, with easy access to trams and a short walk to the train station.
The bed was not very comfortable, which affected the quality of our sleep. the view from the window was of a car park, not ideal for a romantic getaway.
