We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything we needed was in the room, including a kitchenette which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer service. The breakfast was delicious and great value for money. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to all attractions in the city.

Great location near state library, town hall, tram stop, and supermarket. Daily room cleaning. Provided toiletries, kettle, fridge, and hairdryer. Room service available. On-site gym with various equipment. Comfortable bedding and well-laid out bathroom. Cafe on-site for coffee. Exceptional manager helped us secure a room and gave us late check-out, saving our honeymoon.

The noise from nearby construction can be a bit bothersome at times.

The room decor was modern and tasteful, creating a lovely atmosphere for our romantic escape. We were really surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms and the newness of the bedding. The staff at breakfast were excellent, and the afternoon coffee and cake provided a nice treat. The location was also a major plus, with easy access to trams and a short walk to the train station.

The bed was not very comfortable, which affected the quality of our sleep. the view from the window was of a car park, not ideal for a romantic getaway.
